SELS as a best practice ensures that as a company we comply with the Privacy Act and Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012.
The information collected is purely for the administration of goods and services to our clients. The information is not released to any Third Parties without consent.
Information that is collected is only relevant and necessary for the performance of tasks and is collected in an unobtrusive manner as possible. If any information is required to be supplied to our agents, contractors or any other parties we require that they protect your information in the same manner that SELS does.
SELS information is stored in a secure environment. Internally stored information is protected by firewall, passwords. Information stored externally is bound by strict regulations and guidelines.

SELS will not collect personal information unless the information is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to one or more of SELS Business’ functions.
The information collected will vary depending on our client’s requirements. SELS will seek to obtain that information through an individual first before attempting to collect information through other resources.

SELS will use the information to provide information to clients. SELS will the review information it collects to ensure it’s quality before supplying to clients.
Any unsolicited information will be de-identified and destroyed. SELS will attempt to contact you to advise this. The information used will be as relevant to particular matters as possible.
